
Wild Food and Foraged Cocktails
At Antler the goal is to serve innovative Canadian cuisine with entrees such as Spice Ash Crusted Rack of Deer, and a Game Burger made with Wild Boar, Bison, Deer; Pastas such as Pappardelle with Braised Rabbit, Buttered Leeks, Verjus Apricot Preserve and Parmesan Cheese; and appetizers like Wild Boar Lumpia, and Chanterelle Mushroom Tarte Tatin.
We celebrate the wild culinary delights of Canada by serving our cocktails using foraged ingredients, house made nose to tail charcuterie platters, and on occasion, cook game meats over an open fire pit, in true rustic style.
